Description
In this episode of Word and Work: An Intersection, Dr. Dale Meyer talks with Concordia Seminary Dr. Kent Burreson, associate professor of Systematic Theology and Dr. Beth Hoeltke, director of Concordia Seminary’s graduate school, about their new book, Death, Heaven, Resurrection and the New Creation. Over the course of the program, Burreson and Hoeltke discuss the role the physical body plays in life and death, the experience of dying and the nature of the new creation and our resurrected bodies. They explore the meanings of physical, spiritual and eternal deaths, and discuss how the grieving process is impacted by the way we talk about death.
