Description
In this 30th episode of “Mission Works: Thanks to Donors,” Concordia Seminary President Emeritus Dr. Dale A. Meyer, the program’s host, talks with two students who just returned from Israel as part of an annual study-abroad course that is underwritten by Seminary donors. The students, Graham Jenkins and Janis Mikits, say the trip will enrich their ministry for years to come. Jenkins calls it an “unreal experience” that strengthened his faith. “God is a creator,” Mikits adds. “He comes down to His creation to lovingly care for it and to interact with it. Being in the Holy Land, seeing where Jesus walked and where he taught made it really come home to me.” Mission Works is a weekly vlog that celebrates the significant role of Seminary supporters and highlights how donor gifts are making a difference in the Lord’s mission.
