Abstract
One of the purposes far the preparation of this thesis is to make available to the Synod of Evangelical Lutheran Churches and to its doctrinal unity committee and its officers still another corpus of doctrinal materials which might be used more frequently and perhaps with greater effect than in the past in discussions with the Wisconsin and Norwegian bodies.
