Abstract
This thesis is a report of a study of the residence counselor program in the secondary schools of the Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod.
Necessity of the Study
The need for this study stems from the fact that fifteen years have passed since a statement recommending a residence counselor program was adopted by Synod.
