Description
The changing ethnic landscape of the United States is prompting churches to wrestle with issues of diversity, and this is giving rise to multiethnic churches. However, little consideration has been given to study and explore factors that foster or inhibit growth toward becoming an authentically integrated multiethnic congregation.
