Abstract
The scope of this study must include three parts. Firstly, a careful analysis of the community surrounding Our Savior Lutheran Church must be made. Such an analysis ought to delineate the geographical information as well as the needs and the resources of the community. Secondly, an analysis of Our Savior Congregation is important, dealing mainly with the congregation’s understanding of, its willingness to, and its ability for ministry in this community. Thirdly, a study of theological education is necessary in order to ascertain curricular models which are capable of fulfilling functions commensurate to the objectives of Concordia Seminary as well as to those of Our Savior Lutheran Church.
