Abstract

How were people saved in the OT? Has there been more than one way of salvation throughout history? What was the Holy Spirit's role in OT salvation? Were OT saints permanently indwelt by the Spirit and how did they remain faithful to God otherwise? Was the Spirit as active during the OT times as in the New, and what did He begin doing at Pentecost that He had not been doing before that time? The answers to these and other questions are the subject of this study.
