Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to use these efforts: (1) to determine the New Testament pattern for the Church; and (2) how, in today’s world, one can administrate a congregation toward this pattern, that is, toward stronger spiritual relationships among its members. To do this, we must first clarify the factors which hinder attainment of this goal.
