Abstract

This paper is an account of the introduction and development of small group ministry at Concordia Lutheran High School in Pt. Wayne, Indiana. It also includes adjustments that have been made up to the time of this writing. (May 2008) As with anything that is new with education there was a learning curve, there were problems, and there were successes. This account is prepared with the hope that other Lutheran high schools will consider small group ministry as a part of their overall efforts to assist students in their spiritual growth. I welcome any inquires and would be pleased to assist other Lutheran high schools who may be interested in exploring the possibility of including this additional form of ministry in their school.
